At times we may not have some stock available at time of the order. Stock can usually be obtained with 2 days and will be dispatched within 48 hours. We pack all items very well to minimize the risk of any damage during transport. For Australian customers, all products are shipped via Australia Post with either their Express Service or via Registered Mail.

Please note that the Insurance has been built into the price for most items. If the value of the items are $50 or under it will be sent via Express (if this option is cheaper) but if the value is over $50 it will be sent via Registered Mail.
